Payment in full is required before animal will be shipped.. We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card THROUGH PAY PAL ONLY; and, cashier's check or money order

Shipping Information

Box Charge:  We use a new insulated box with every order. Heat packs are used when necessary. A $7.50 fee will be assessed to orders less than $250.00.

International orders:  We do not ship international.

All California residents, please add 7.25% sales tax.

FedEx and UPS: FedEx Priority Overnight and UPS is available at cost. TO DETERMINE SHIPPING COSTS, CLICK ON THIS UPS CALCULATOR LINK. YOU WILL BE TAKEN TO THE UPS WEB SITE.  The cost will increase or decrease depending upon the weight of the box. Someone must be present to sign for the shipment. We personally guarantee live arrival through FedEx. And UPS.   If there is a problem with your order that you have received from us through FedEx  or UPS please contact us directly. Snakes will only be shipped as weather permits. During extreme hot or cold periods we will gladly care for your animals until shipping is possible.
